After checking into your room, please stop by Bee Creek on Level 2 to check in for the event and receive your Welcome Packet.

Yes. Meals will include at least three of the following options, including mammal (beef or pork), bird (chicken or turkey), fish, and vegetarian selections. Every effort will be made to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions submitted during registration process.

Parking is available in the attached hotel parking garage. $15 per vehicle, per day and will be covered by ColorVision.

Carpooling to the event is encouraged.

Yes, please check in with the front desk first before parking your vehicle. While checking in, the front desk will register your vehicle and you may head to the parking garage to park. The parking garage is photo enforced, so it is important that the front desk validates your parking so it is tied to the group booking and you do not receive a parking fee.

Once you are checked into your hotel room and parked. You can check-in for the event, anytime after 3pm CT. The SUMMIT check-in table will be located outside Bee Creek in the concourse between the hotel and convention center on the second floor. For any assistance in locating the SUMMIT check-in table, please call Abby Johnson-Youngquist.

If you're attending meetings in Springfield prior to the summit, we recommend flying into Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF).

If you're traveling directly to Branson, consider flying into Branson Airport (BKG) as there will be more Uber and/or Lyft options available to transport you to the hotel.

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

A patio is available on the second floor near Level2 Steakhouse & Bar during meeting breaks.

Yes! During registration, you'll have the opportunity to submit a question for consideration by our leadership panel. All submitted questions will remain anonymous during the Q&A session, allowing everyone to participate openly and comfortably.
